About the Program

In a world that moves faster than ever, many of us feel disconnected, tense, and overwhelmed. We live from the neck up - thinking, striving, scrolling while our body quietly absorbs the stress. Over time, this creates stiffness, fatigue, poor sleep, emotional heaviness, and loss of vitality.

The body is not the problem; it is the messenger. When we slow down, listen, and move with awareness, the body reveals what it needs to heal.

This 8-week Medicine Within Wisdom™ program offers a safe and sacred space to return home to yourself combining Tibetan Healing Yoga (Lu Jong), fascia-focused movement, breath and energy work, and the Bio-Well Energy Scan to measure your progress and transformation.

It’s more than yoga. It’s an embodied system of healing — where ancient wisdom meets modern science, and community becomes medicine.

Each 90-minute class weaves together mindful movement, science-based education, and meditative awareness to awaken the body’s innate intelligence (I call it the medicine within wisdom).

You will learn how to move, breathe, and feel energy with precision — releasing stored tension, calming the nervous system, and awakening natural vitality.

  • Tibetan Healing Yoga (Lu Jong) comes from the lineage of Tibetan Medicine and Tantric Buddhism. Developed by Himalayan yogis and physicians more than 8,000 years ago, its purpose is to maintain health, balance the five elements, and purify the subtle winds (rlung) — the vital currents of life energy.

    Each movement is both physical and meditative: slow, rhythmic, and deeply mindful. It opens the body’s channels (tsa), harmonizes breath and awareness, and integrates body, mind, and energy into one flow. Over time, this practice cultivates strength, flexibility, emotional balance, and profound inner calm.

My Why for teaching this:

After years in clinical nursing and integrative medicine, I’ve seen how stress, disconnection, and emotional suppression quietly shape our health. We live in a world that moves fast and thinks loud, yet so often we feel ungrounded, restless, and disconnected from what is real.

When we move consciously, breathe deeply, and listen within, the mind quiets, the heart softens, and energy begins to flow again. Tibetan Healing Yoga reconnects us to the body’s sacred wisdom, while fascia-based movement reminds us that everything is interconnected.

For a long time, I carried this knowledge inside me — medicine, science, Tibetan healing, energy work — but wasn’t fully using it to serve others. I realized that holding back was a disservice, especially when people are yearning for authentic, holistic healing.

Now is the time to step up, step out, and serve — to bring ancient wisdom and modern science together when the world needs it most.
